We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your AVARYN® purchase. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@avaryn.com with your order details.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@avaryn.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Sale items
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
